It’s the home team coach’s call on whether to postpone a game due to weather. The decision must be made at least 75 minutes before game time. Once a game is postponed, the home team coach is to:

1. Call the opposing coach
2. Call the umpire coordinator
3. Call your players
4. Call your director

Rescheduled games bump scheduled practices.

Minor and major league games scheduled for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday that are rained out:

• If your game was SCHEDULED to play at Lopes, your make up game will be played at Myricks.
• If your game was SCHEDULED to play at Precast, your make up game will be played at Common.

Babe Ruth games scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that are rained out:

• If your game was SCHEDULED to play at Patriot Field, your make up game will be at the Middle School on the next day or, if there is a game scheduled at that field, the make up will be played there on the team’s next day off.

Rained out games scheduled for Thursday :

• You play at the same field at the same time on Friday.

Rained out games scheduled for Friday :

• You play at the same field 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Rained out games scheduled for Saturday :

• If it is rained out on Saturday, the game is made up on Sunday at the same field, 9 a.m.
• 9 a.m. Saturday games to noon on Sunday; 11:30 a.m. Saturday games to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday; 2:30 p.m. Saturday games to 5 p.m. Sunday.
• Babe Ruth games scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. will begin at noon on Sunday. Babe Ruth games scheduled to begin 1:30 p.m. will begin 3 p.m. on Sunday.

BASEBALL: If games on consecutive days are rained out, John Estrella will re-work the schedule and get the new make-up dates to coaches.

SOFTBALL: Games will be rescheduled to Friday or can be made up during any of that team's practice time slots. The league director should be contacted prior to finalizing make-up games to endure field availability.
