Meat on a Stick! - 10/5/2013

If you missed this - sorry.  Don't miss the next one.  What an awesome time at the Berkley American Legion. Some people may actually not know what actually happens at an event like this - so here's the gist. You get a container of delicious beef, you spice it, you skewer it, and you cook it over a large fire pit!  

Since this was an adults only event, alcohol was available.  There were great raffle prizes, a horseshoe tournament, and a crazy game of Left, Right, Center.

Many thanks to the organizers and volunteers, along with the many donors for our raffles, who made this event a smashing success!

After the Holidays - Holiday Party - 1/24/14

This was a great event at the Lafayette Club in Taunton that included, a buffet dinner, full bar, tons of raffle prizes, and live music by The Freeze Pops!  This was a huge success not just financially but in terms fun and friendship.  

As always, it doesn't happen without the hard work of the organizers, volunteers and the incredible generosity of all the sponsors.

Annual Super Bowl Raffle - 2/2/14

This has traditionally the biggest fundraiser of the year for the BAA.  What makes it great?  A couple
reasons - 1) it relies on the hard work of the kids going door-to-door to sell tickets 2) it focuses on the entire Town of Berkley.

Any good prizes this year?  Oh yeah:
Grand Prize - 47" Samsung HDTV with BluRay Home Theater System 1st Prize - $500 in home heating fuel
2nd Prize  - Choice of X-Box One or Playstation 4 3rd Prize - $250 in Cash
This year, for the first time ever in the history of the BAA SB fundraiser, all tickets were sold! Thank you everyone for helping to make this the most successful BAA fundraiser ever! The money generated will be used on variety of projects, most notably a new snack shack at the complex.
