In which division should I register my child?

A player’s baseball division is determined by what’s called a BASEBALL AGE.  These “ages” are determined by the leagues in which our teams are chartered – and are adhered to by all teams in all leagues.

BASEBALL AGE = Child’s age on April 30th of the current season year. 

Registration opens at the beginning of January and closes at the end of February. As always, we need to get all registrations in as soon as possible so we can plan our teams and determine coaching requirements. Register by 2/28 for the discount pricing. Pricing after 2/28 increases by $50 and registrations may be placed on a wait list depending on team size.

Division registrations are established by age. However, players may be moved up or down a division based on skill and team size– so they can get the most out of the season and their individual development. Players who have aged out of the program (age 13+ on April 30th) will not be allowed to play down in the Majors division without medical recommendation from a physician. All players who are 13-15 will play in the Babe Ruth program. 

As you all know, we now have a great concession stand. Not only does it generate income to keep our fees down, it provides the convenience of drinks, snacks, hot food and restrooms! All parents will be required to provide some volunteer time during the season. Schedules will be created for each team. In order for your child to participate, we will need your participation as well to cover your assigned times.

We are excited to be participating in inter-town games with Dighton and Rehoboth. They each have a great program of teams which will broaden the variety of our competition.
